continuing education & learning modules

Continuing education modules at Seek Movement School are designed as focused learning opportunities for movement professionals looking to deepen their knowledge and refine their craft. Each module can be taken as a stand-alone course for continuing education, or combined as part of our 300-hour teacher training pathway. Offered throughout the year, these modules are in-depth explorations of movement and teaching concepts and practice. including sequencing, cueing and voice, intentional movement programming, myofascial release, and breathwork and pranayama.

While some of our modules are specifically designed for yoga teachers on the path to a 300 hour training, many are also open to other teachers and movement professionals. From strength trainers, to pilates teachers, dancers, and beyond — the knowledge and skills you gain from our professional continuing education programs will level up who you are and what you do.
