300-hour advanced yoga teacher training
The 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training at Seek Movement School is designed for teachers who are ready to move beyond foundational training and truly refine their teaching skills and movement craft.
This program is offered in a modular format, allowing you to progress through your 300-hour certification at your own pace. Rather than moving through a fixed schedule, you will select from a series of in-depth training modules based on your interests, goals, and areas of growth. Each module is designed as a standalone learning experience while also contributing to your overall certification.
This structure gives you the ability to build your education intentionally and dive deeper into the areas that will most directly impact your teaching, while continuing to practice, apply, and refine your skills.
As a Yoga Alliance-recognized 300-hour training, there are core requirements that must be completed in order to graduate from the 300 hour program. All participants pursuing certification are required to complete the following core modules:
Functional Anatomy and Movement Mechanics
The Art of Sequencing
Teaching Powerfully: Voice, Presence, and Delivery
The Practice: Advanced Movement, Pranayama, and Meditation
The Inner Landscape: Philosophy and Subtle Body
Beyond these required modules, participants may choose from a range of additional trainings to complete their remaining hours. This allows you to tailor your education to your specific interests while ensuring you graduate with both depth and range in your teaching.

What are the prerequisites?
300-hour certification is open to any teacher who has completed a 200-hour certification through Seek or through any other certified yoga teacher training program. We highly recommend that you have some teaching experience before enrolling in 300-hour certification. Before graduating from the 300-hour program you will be required to complete at least 10 teaching hours, 5 of which will be included in your final capstone project and presentation.
What is the capstone project?
The 300-hour capstone is a practical, real-world demonstration of your ability to teach with intention and skill. Trainees complete 10 hours of teaching, applying advanced concepts in sequencing, cueing, functional movement, and other module learnings while actively integrating feedback from a mentor. Throughout the process, you’ll document your decisions, reflect on your growth, and refine your approach in real time. The capstone culminates in a presentation of five selected classes, where you’ll clearly articulate how your training has shaped your teaching, from class design to delivery.
