300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
refine your craft
An advanced training experience offered in a flexible, modular format for teachers ready to deepen their understanding of movement, evolve how they teach, and personalize their learning journey.
How Our 300-Hour Training Works
Our 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training is intentionally designed in a flexible, modular format—allowing you to progress through your certification at a pace that aligns with your life, goals, and professional development.
Rather than following a rigid start-to-finish curriculum, you’ll build your training through a curated series of in-depth modules, selecting learning experiences based on the areas you want to strengthen, explore, or refine. Each module serves as a standalone advanced training while also contributing toward your full 300-hour certification.
This format allows you to shape an education that aligns with your goals, with the flexibility to continue your learning in a way that fits your schedule. Whether your focus is sequencing, movement science, philosophy, fascia, cueing, leadership, or class design, you can invest in the areas that will most directly elevate your teaching.
As a Yoga Alliance-recognized 300-hour training, specific core modules are required for graduation. Beyond those foundational requirements, you’ll choose from a range of advanced trainings to complete your remaining hours—creating a certification experience that offers both structure and personalization.

details and faq’s
Do I need to enroll in 300 hour training before I start taking learning modules?
No. Because you can take any of our learning modules as stand alone continuing education, you are welcome to begin your learning before you commit to the 300 hour training. When you are ready to commit to the 300 certification process, proceed through the application process and we will apply all eligible learning hours you have already completed at Seek Movement School to your 300 hours. Please note the mandatory learning modules listed above in order to satisfy the 300 hour learning requirements.
Is this 300 hour training certified through Yoga Alliance?
Yes, after completing all requirements for this 300 hour training you will be eligible for Yoga Alliance certification at the 300 level. Combined with a 200 certification from Seek Movement School or elsewhere, you can register as a 500 RYT through Yoga Alliance.
What are the prerequisites?
300-hour certification is open to any teacher who has completed a 200-hour certification through Seek or through any other certified yoga teacher training program. We highly recommend that you have some teaching experience before enrolling in 300-hour certification. Before graduating from the 300-hour program you will be required to complete at least 10 teaching hours, 5 of which will be included in your final capstone project and presentation.
What is the capstone project?
The 300-hour capstone is a practical, real-world demonstration of your ability to teach with intention and skill. Trainees complete 10 hours of teaching, applying advanced concepts in sequencing, cueing, functional movement, and other module learnings while actively integrating feedback from a mentor. Throughout the process, you’ll document your decisions, reflect on your growth, and refine your approach in real time. The capstone culminates in a presentation of five selected classes, where you’ll clearly articulate how your training has shaped your teaching, from class design to delivery.
