8. Code of Conduct and Removal: Seek reserves the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed unsafe or unprofessional without refund.

9. Third-Party Services: Seek is not responsible for third-party platforms used for payments or course delivery.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
