Teacher Trainings & Movement Education by Seek Studio
About Seek Movement School
Seek Movement School is the education arm of Seek Studio—a renowned Salt Lake City movement studio known for its thoughtful approach to yoga, functional training, cycling, Pilates, and recovery-based movement experiences.
Born from nearly a decade of studio ownership and over fourteen years of hands-on teaching, Seek Movement School was created to offer a higher standard of education for movement professionals. Our programs are designed for teachers, coaches, and practitioners who want to move beyond surface-level instruction and develop a deeper understanding of movement, the body, and the art of impactful teaching.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that movement should be both intentional and adaptable. While yoga remains a foundational pillar of our methodology, our lens extends beyond traditional practice to include functional movement, mobility, strength training, recovery science, and modern movement education. We believe the most impactful teachers understand the body as an interconnected system and can draw from multiple disciplines to create movement experiences that are intelligent, relevant, and deeply effective.
Our methodology has been shaped through years of teaching thousands of classes, developing instructors, refining programming, and understanding what actually creates meaningful transformation for students in modern movement spaces.
We are deeply passionate about developing exceptional teachers and movement professionals here in Salt Lake City and beyond. As a locally built and community-rooted organization, we are proud to be a trusted resource for learning, continuing education, mentorship, and professional growth. Whether you teach yoga, coach strength, guide recovery, or help people move in any capacity, our goal is to elevate the quality of movement education in this community by helping great teachers become even more impactful.
At Seek Movement School, we believe great teaching requires more than memorizing sequences or collecting certifications. It requires critical thinking, movement literacy, intentional class design, clear communication, and the ability to help people connect more meaningfully to their bodies.
Whether you're entering the teaching space for the first time or refining your expertise as an experienced professional, our trainings are designed to elevate both your skillset and your perspective.
