This mentorship is designed to bridge the gap between 200-hour yoga teacher training and real-world teaching. For graduates of our 200-hour program, it offers a structured space to continue integrating what you’ve learned—refining your sequencing, strengthening your voice, and practicing how you actually lead a room.
The focus of this experience is on intentional sequencing, practical teaching clinics, consistent practice teaching, and developing a clear understanding of the why behind how you teach. Through feedback and repetition, you’ll refine your ability to build intelligent, effective classes while strengthening your voice, presence, and overall impact as a teacher.

We offer one mentorship program each year following the completion of our 200 hour yoga teacher training.
2026 mentorship will be held May 14 through June 18
Thursday evenings from 7:15-9:15pm
Mentorship is offered in a small group setting with two lead mentors — Sarah Betts & Jamael Rahill. The experience is thoughtfully tailored to each group. We consider your goals and current skill set, then design targeted learning experiences to refine your abilities and support your growth as a teacher.
Your mentorship experience includes 12 hours of in-person learning and practice, about 15-20 additional hours of guided at home study, and two 45 minute one-on-one meetings with a mentor. Mentorship can include any of the following; pose form and cuing, hands on assists, sequencing, teaching skills (voice, presence, confidence), exploration and integration of yoga studies including pranayama, subtle body, 8 limbs.
Mentorship groups are carefully selected. We consider each applicant’s commitment to learning and applying these skills to their craft. We thoughtfully assemble each group to ensure alignment in goals, mindset, and level of engagement—creating a cohesive, supportive environment where teachers can grow, practice, and learn from one another.
This mentorship is a high-impact investment in your ability to translate your 200-hour training into real, confident teaching. It’s where your training starts to click into real skill, confidence, and presence. Plus, you’ll step into a circle of driven, like-minded teachers and a mentor who will challenge you, support you, and continue to push your growth long after the program ends.
